What happens if you do not receive your order?

For deliveries via Royal Mail Second Class, they will only consider your order lost if it has been more than 10 working days since it was shipped. If you have not received your order after 10 working days please get in touch with us using one of the methods on the Contact page and we will be able to inquire with Royal Mail as to the whereabouts of your parcel. It has also happened, on occasion, that the postman has attempted delivery when you were not in but not left a card to notify you so it’s always worth giving your local sorting office a phone call to check if they are holding any parcels for you.

In the unlikely event that your sorting office is not holding the parcel and Royal Mail are unable to find it we will attempt to replace the contents of your parcel or if the fabric is no longer in stock we will issue a refund.
