Delivery

We are currently posting on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

For Royal Mail Second class, delivery times are estimated at 3-5 working days from the date of shipping. For First Class delivery times are estimated at 1-2 working days from the date of shipping.

Royal Mail size options:

Up to 390g (roughly 1m) – Large Letter

Up to 2kg (roughly 5m) – Small Parcel

All orders over 2kg  you will have the choice of either courier or Royal Mail Medium Parcel. The courier estimated delivery times are up to 5 working days.

All delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout once you enter your delivery address details and will be based on the total weight of your order. These charges will usually over-estimate the shipping charge but we always refund all shipping overcharges directly back to you at the time of shipping your order.

No additional delivery charges will be applied after shipping.

If the calculator does not offer you a postage option then please get in touch and we can advise on the estimated delivery cost. We always use the most cost effective delivery options and do not make any profit from our postage charges.

For deliveries via Royal Mail Second Class, they will only consider your order lost if it has been more than 10 working days since the date that you should have received your parcel. For 1st class this will be 11 working days from the date of shipping and for 2nd class this will be 13-15 working days since the date of shipping. If you have not received your order after this time please get in touch with us using one of the methods on the Contact page.

You can also try getting touch with your local sorting office to check if they are holding any parcels for you.

In the unlikely event that your sorting office is not holding the parcel and Royal Mail are unable to find it we will attempt to replace the contents of your parcel or if the fabric is no longer in stock we will issue a refund.

For all courier orders please allow 5 working days from the date of shipping for your order to be delivered. If you have still not received your order after this time please get in touch with us and we can arrange an investigation as to the parcel whereabouts.

Please note we can only offer a replacement or refund if the parcel is considered lost by either Royal Mail or the courier company.
